waters flow downwards creates drips
Used crayons to create this flow
I melted crayons onto wood and it looked really interesting but I felt the crayons gave away to the droplets so I am going to cut them off so the droplets are only left.
water disfiguring Light in the dark
- I took picture in the dark of light and t wasnt very interesting until I placed water on top of my camera lense.
- The effect was really interesting and for me it looked like lava.
- These four are the best ones I have selected.
- I decicded to make slow shutter pictures of the lightbulbs hanging down.
- I moved the camera aroubd to reate movement of water flowing.
- I then photocopied these pictures onto assotae, one in colour one in black and white.
- I felt i got a really interesting effect with this method.
- I then took pictures of styrofoam balls and i enhanced the flash so i discovered the pictures gave a shadow of the balls.
3D pice using materials
- I made this piece but it didnt look apart of my project untill I added colour into it using ink, bleach and food dye.
3D piece on droplets
- This is the piece that i started off making. It was an umberella with lght bulbs hanging down as droplets.I painted the light bulbs multi colours before hanging them.
- I felt it didnt look right so i took it down and made a smaller scale piece with them which turned out more interesting and it didnt look like light bulbs.
Waters force
- Oil pastels on wood.
- Clay slip on top.
- Poured water on top to strip clay and reveal the oil pastels.
When the clay dryed it was not as interesting as when it was wet.
