So i have a few more pieces of experiments and also a few 3D pieces im working on.The first piece is a print using dye water and oil.I put them on assotate and placed a piece of paper on top.the brint was interesting from both front and back and a print of the print.
This is my favorite.this is the back of the print. |
This is the print of the print. |
The next experiments turned out really interesting.I used dye mixed with water and i poured it on top of shaving foam.I then drew my design in it i then took a piece of paper and printed the design on it.I scraoed all the exess dye and shaving foam off with a card. They remind me of qwater runing down a window.
These next experiments are with water, dye and bubbles made by washing up liquid. They made interestig designs but i have to try them again because the paper was to thin and it buckled.
These pictures below are made by water in food starch and dye and a piece of paper on top and leave for a few minutes.it gives a really good droplet effect.
This next image i wet the page with water and added dye i then drew birds on with arcrylic paint because i thought it looked like the sky.
I love these next images..i used water colour paint and cling film to get this bumpy and nice pattern effect.
These two i used water, paint and sugar and salt..the effect wasnt as nice as i had planned.
I then started another 3D project along side my droplets this time one of the tutors told me that 70% of the earths surface is water but really its not alot and showed me this image.
70% of the earths surface is water but in reality thats not alot. |
I just did a few more drawings and experiments to come up with an idea of what i could make.
Water dye and ink shaped as a world.. |
I eventually came up with an idea i hace to show you more drawings of this. |
I then started to make my 3D piece after my notes, sketchs and research.
masking tape and paper. |
i used plaster paris over the paper. and turned it into droplets at the end. |
i put glue driping down it to give it a droplet effect. |
now it has to be touched up and painted. |
